However, cold function responds to the blood vessels in the opposite way with a brief natural narrowing and subsequent intensive blood circulation. The cold function is used to soothe the skin after intensive treatments such as microdermabrasion to close the pores and soothe irritated skin. In many cases, it can be used to reduce swelling, specifically in the under-eye area.
Alternate contrast warm-cold action (vascular stimulation) is a unique IONTO Ice and Heat function, as it works in parallel sequence. Contrast temperature action stimulates skin metabolism and causes a better absorption of active ingredients. In addition, it makes skin tissues and muscles strengthened and toned.
